For support, bug reports, billing questions, feedback, and developer requests, use the Warvideo Discord support server. Open Warvideo Discord.

When opening a support ticket, include your macOS version, Warvideo version, whether you installed from TestFlight or direct download, and a short description of the issue.

Subscriptions

Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed by Apple. If Warvideo Pro does not unlock after purchase, open Warvideo and choose Restore Purchases.

Recording Permissions

Warvideo may need Screen Recording, Microphone, and audio-related macOS permissions. If recording fails, open System Settings and confirm those permissions are enabled for Warvideo.

Addon And Orb Setup

For the Warvideo addon-sensor workflow, install the EnragePlus World of Warcraft addon and confirm the in-game orb/HUD is visible before testing automatic recording. Download EnragePlus.
