Subscriptions & Billing
Warvideo Pro is an auto-renewable monthly subscription. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the store you bought it from.
- Mac (App Store): open System Settings › your Apple Account › Subscriptions, or visit Apple’s billing support.
- Windows (Microsoft Store): open account.microsoft.com › Services & subscriptions to manage or cancel.
If Warvideo Pro does not unlock after a purchase, open Warvideo and choose Restore Purchases. If it still does not unlock, email us at maliakcadag@gmail.com.
Recording Permissions
Mac: Warvideo needs macOS Screen Recording permission to capture video, and optionally Microphone permission for voice. The first time you start a recording, macOS asks for Screen Recording access. If a recording will not start, open System Settings › Privacy & Security › Screen Recording, enable Warvideo, then start the recording again.
Windows: Warvideo captures the game window directly and does not need a separate screen-recording permission. For voice, allow microphone access under Settings › Privacy & security › Microphone. Windows 10 version 2004 (build 19041) or newer, 64-bit, is required.
Automatic Recording
Warvideo starts and stops recordings by reading World of Warcraft’s combat log. The game only writes that log while combat logging is enabled, so Warvideo ships a small free companion add-on that keeps it on. You can install it in one click from the app’s Add-on page. Manual recording works without it.
Frequently Asked Questions
The recording button does nothing. On Mac, Screen Recording permission is most likely not granted yet — enable Warvideo under System Settings › Privacy & Security › Screen Recording, then press record again. On Windows, make sure World of Warcraft is running, since Warvideo captures the game window.
Recordings do not start by themselves. Install the
companion add-on from the app’s Add-on page and type
/reload in game, so the combat log is written.
Where are my recordings saved? Recordings are stored locally on your own computer. You can change the folder in the app’s settings.
How do I cancel? Manage the subscription in the store you bought it from — your Apple Account in System Settings on Mac, or account.microsoft.com › Services & subscriptions on Windows. Cancelling stops future renewals.
